The Fandom Upgrade does not replace a show ticket. It adds three exclusive extras to your regular ticket. Simply book it on top, for yourself or for your group.

Early Entry
You enter the venue 30 minutes before regular admission. That gives you time to settle in before it gets busy.
Meet & Greet
Meet the K-POP SHOWDOWN cast in person, with a K-POP quiz and a souvenir photo. A moment you only get with the Fandom Upgrade.

How your day works

In advance
Book your upgrade
Choose your date in the ticket shop and book the Fandom Upgrade in addition to your regular ticket.

Arrive on time
Be at the venue no later than 90 minutes before the show starts. Bring your Fandom Upgrade ticket.

Collect your merch
You'll receive your merch bundle at the merchandise stand when you show your Fandom Upgrade ticket.

Early Entry & Meet & Greet
You enter the venue 30 minutes before regular admission and meet the cast in person.
Be there at least 90 minutes before the show starts
If you arrive later, Early Entry and participation in the Meet & Greet cannot be guaranteed. For the Family & Friends package, this applies to all four people.
